Answers to the questions we hear most from families looking at Bengal kittens for sale. Don’t see yours? Text or call us.

How much does a Bengal kitten cost?

Bengal kitten prices depend on color, pattern, contrast and whether the kitten is sold as a pet or with breeding rights. Across the US, pet-quality Bengal kittens from registered breeders commonly range from about $1,500 to $4,000 or more, with silver and snow Bengals and show-quality kittens usually at the higher end. Please text or call us for current pricing on our available kittens.

What comes with a Bengal kitten from Exotic Hybrid Kittens?

Every kitten goes home TICA registered, health tested and vet checked, up to date on vaccinations for their age, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. You also get lifetime support from us: we're here to answer questions for the life of your cat.

How do I reserve a Bengal kitten?

Contact us and tell us about your home and what you're looking for. We'll help you choose the right kitten, and you can secure them with a reservation deposit. Before go-home day we'll send guidance on food, litter, toys and setting up your home.

Do you ship or deliver Bengal kittens?

Yes. Families in Southern California can pick up their kitten from us, and domestic delivery is available to other areas. Ask us about delivery options and costs for your city when you reserve.

How old are Bengal kittens when they go home?

Most TICA breeders send Bengal kittens home at around 12 weeks old, once they're weaned, litter trained, vaccinated and socialized. We'll confirm your kitten's go-home date when you reserve.

Are Bengal cats wild or hybrid cats?

Bengals descend from crosses between the Asian leopard cat and domestic cats, which is why they look so exotic. Modern pet Bengals are many generations removed from the wild ancestor and are recognized by TICA as a domestic breed. Bengals are legal to own in California; a few places, such as Hawaii, restrict them, so check your local rules before you buy.

Are Bengal cats hypoallergenic?

No cat is truly hypoallergenic. Bengals have a short, soft, pelt-like coat that sheds less than many breeds and needs little grooming, and some people with mild cat allergies report fewer symptoms around them. If you have allergies, spend time with a Bengal before committing.

Are Bengal kittens good pets for families?

Yes, for active households. Bengals are affectionate, intelligent and playful, and they usually do well with respectful children and cat-friendly dogs. They need daily play, climbing space and interactive toys, and many enjoy water, fetch and even walking on a harness.

How big do Bengal cats get, and how long do they live?

Most adult Bengals weigh about 8 to 15 pounds, with males larger than females. They're lean and muscular, and a healthy Bengal commonly lives 12 to 16 years.

How do I avoid Bengal kitten scams?

Buy from a breeder you can verify: ask for their TICA cattery name, a live video call with the kitten and mother, and a written contract and health records. Be cautious of prices that seem too low, sellers who won't talk on the phone, and requests for payment by gift card or wire only.
